Terms and conditions
Article 1: General provisions
These terms are used by Keith Export Services, established in The Hague and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 27129379.
Article 2: Definitions
Client means the legal or natural person instructing KES to perform services. Contractor means KES. Assignment means the agreement under which KES performs its work.
Article 3: Applicability
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, these terms apply to every offer, quotation, assignment, and agreement between KES and the client.
If any provision is invalid or voided, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Article 4: Formation of agreement
The agreement is valid once the client has signed the order confirmation or once KES has started performing work for the client.
KES may involve third parties for part or all of the assignment where this is needed for proper performance.
Article 5: Offers and payment
All quotations and offers are non-binding unless stated otherwise. Amounts are in euros and exclude VAT, government fees, third-party costs, courier costs, and other additional costs unless explicitly included.
Invoices must be paid within the stated payment term without set-off or suspension.
Article 6: Services and execution
KES performs its services to the best of its knowledge and ability. Timelines are indicative unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Services not expressly included in the assignment fall outside the contractor’s responsibility.
Article 7: Liability and complaints
Complaints about performed work must be reported in writing within 14 days. KES is not liable for decisions or processing times of embassies, consulates, ministries, courts, chambers, or other external authorities.
