PREPARATION
Start with the documents you have.
A sales invoice and a power of attorney for KES are needed to start. Any additional supporting evidence depends on your goods and file.

Add the invoice for the goods in your shipment.

Have you authorised KES?
Add your signed power of attorney so KES can handle the application.
DOCUMENT 03
Did your company make the goods?
Production-process evidence may be needed under the applicable rule.
DOCUMENT 04
Did you buy the goods?
Add a supplier declaration. A purchase invoice is needed when the current rule or your file requires it.
Evidence can differ by product, including in a mixed shipment. If the required documents are unclear, a KES specialist reviews your file with you.
Legalization is a separate opt-in and only applies to eligible supporting documents.
